They recognise that companies which focus on their employees bring real benefits such as, improved workplace engagement, better staff retention, reduced recruitment costs and greater financial performance.

Best Companies was established with a vision to identify the drivers of sustainable business performance. Its research shows that the key is 'Workplace Engagement'. Using their experience of responses from nearly 740,000 employees in thousands of organisations, they have developed an academically rigorous methodology to measure levels of 'Workplace Engagement'. The Best Companies Accreditation scheme then recognises those organisations that have achieved high levels in this area.

In our first year of participation in the survey, Jaguar Land Rover has been recognised as a key company to watch.
