Continuous Professional Development

We provide a wide range of development opportunities, including support for technical and professional academic programmes. We also have a Leadership Development and Personal Skills curriculum which includes a number of award-winning programmes. These are facilitated by leading providers and focused on further developing your personal effectiveness and relationship-building skills. In addition, we provide training for specific job-related requirements.

Your Future

Along with taking formal training courses, you'll be encouraged to think more broadly about your development. This will include finding other means of learning, such as through being involved in wider project teams and keeping up-to-date with developments in your profession.

We also have a Personnel Development Committee in every area of the business. Each Committee, which consists of peers with a range of experience and backgrounds, goes out of their way to support the career development of our people.
