Training & Development
Whether we're talking about our latest vehicle or our newest colleague, the surest route to success is through hard work, clear guidance and that bit of inspiration. So it's hardly surprising that you'll be given plenty of them here - along with all the support you could ask for.
The Programme
We appreciate that it can be daunting to join such a large organisation, but it doesn't need to be. Our two-year graduate programme will give you the right blend of technical expertise and carefully planned personal development from the start. That way you'll not only feel confident, but you'll hit the ground running as well.
What to Expect
We want you to gain broad experience of our business and activities. So whichever business area you join, your graduate scheme will include:
- A warm welcome induction, which will include a tour of our facilities
- A comprehensive induction to your business area
- Exciting firsthand experience of our award-winning vehicles
- Hands-on experience of working on a production line, making the vehicles that have made our name
- Ongoing development training focused on both personal and team skills
Support
From the early months to the first few years of your time with us, we'll give you support that is specifically tailored to your role. For example, as an engineer, you will be assigned a mentor and supported towards Chartered status. And through our close relationships with carefully selected professional institutions, we'll foster your academic development and help you achieve recognised vocational qualifications - all of which we'll fully fund.
