Leadership Development

At Jaguar Land Rover, we're always looking to further develop the talents and skills of our people. Our suite of Leadership Development and Personal Skills courses will stretch and challenge you to be the best leader you can be. These programmes are facilitated by award-winning providers and are bespoke to Jaguar Land Rover.

We also have a Personnel Development Committee in every area of the business. Each Committee, which consists of peers with a range of experience and backgrounds, goes out of their way to support the career development of our people.

Continuous Professional Development

We provide a wide range of development opportunities, including support for technical and professional academic programmes. In addition, we provide training for specific job-related requirements.

Your Future

Along with taking formal training courses, you'll be encouraged to think more broadly about your development. This will include finding other means of learning, such as through being involved in wider project teams and keeping up-to-date with developments in your profession.
