Auto Electrician
You’ll undertake vital work such as electrical fault diagnosis and rectification, software downloads and the manufacture and modification of vehicle wiring harnesses.
Automotive Painter
Using your broad knowledge of surface preparation, automotive paint and model creation to the full, you’ll help bring to life world-class interior and exterior models across our vehicle range.
Calibration Fitter
You’ll provide invaluable calibration support to the Product Development and Manufacturing teams.
Chassis Fitter
You’ll undertake a huge range of vehicle-fitting work, knowledge of chassis and powertrain components and mechanical vehicle diagnostics is key.
CNC Machinist
Motivated, adaptable and comfortable working with minimal supervision, you’ll join our high performing team in meeting both engineering and customer deadlines.
Electronics Fitters
Providing crucial electronics support across our Instrumentation and Product Development functions, you’ll be a vital member of the team.
Emission Tester
Installing vehicles in the facility and then positioning instruments on the vehicles, you’ll conduct a host of vital tests.
Engine Tester
A key member of the team in our engine test facility, you’ll carry out a broad range of mechanical and testing work.
Hard Modellers
We need skilled Model and Pattern Makers with prototyping skills and knowledge of design factory processes and lean tools to join our Design factory and manufacture both full size and scale models.
LCC Fitter Tester
Support the vehicle workshop and prepare powertrain assemblies for some of our most ambitious prototype vehicle builds.
Machinist (Milling)
Operating conventional and CNC machine tools, you’ll manufacture a range of 'one off' & small batch quantity prototype tools and components.
Machinist (Turning)
Working with conventional and multi-axis CNC turning centres, you’ll produce 'one off' & small batch quantities of prototype components.
Maintenance Electrician
This varied role will see you maintaining and repairing everything from lighting systems and air conditioning to engineering test facilities and machine tools.
Maintenance Fitter
Put your skills to the test on everything from heating plants and hot water and fan systems to hydraulics, pneumatics and machine tools.
Mechanician
Using your skills and experience to the full, you’ll provide instrumentation support to all kinds of vehicle-build activities.
Metrologist
This role will see you using mobile measuring and scanning equipment and writing CMM programmes to measure key engine components.
Sheet Metalworker
Working from both verbal briefs and drawings, you’ll produce and manufacture prototype sheet metal components and tools.

We’re seeking people from all kinds of backgrounds who have served a recognised indentured or certificated Engineering apprenticeship. Whether you’re working in a car dealership, automotive engineering or in a different sector altogether, we have a place for your engineering skills.

Here you will be interviewed and will be asked to complete some further ability tests.
