POSITION: Product Owner Intern

Jaguar Land Rover North America’s internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry!  This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.

Details of the program:

• The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program or enrolled in a Master’s or PhD Program
• The Internship length is flexible 
• Up to 29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
• Paid internship -
  • $26/hour for students in an undergraduate program
  • $31/hour for students in a Master’s program
  • $37/hour for students pursuing PhD

What you will be doing:

• Assist the Product Owner through contributions to roadmap, quarterly planning, and sprint activities.
• Attend and support user testing and deliver finding, insights, and improvements.
• Support benchmarking and competitive analysis.

Projects;

• User Authentication through personal device, Remote Vehicle Operation

Learning Objectives

• Product Development Cycle.
• User Testing and Feedback.
• Competitive Analysis.
• Creation and delivery of requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

 What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or pursuing a graduate studies degree during FY 24/25 .
• Experience in software development, engineering, or similar field.
• Experience delivering customer facing products.
• Ability to present complex topics and report on project status to team.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• You must be resourceful, conscientious, and self-motivated.
