Working as a data analyst within our SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) Bespoke team at JLR you will be joining a new and exciting role within the team, with the opportunity to inject diligence, control and governance of parts ordering and administration. You will ensure the integrity of bespoke part ordering against etracker requirements with a focus of on time delivery of all bespoke production parts by working directly with suppliers. You will operate as the key stakeholder in the escalation of any issues that could lead to a disruption in the build or late delivery to our customers. Your role will involve supporting root cause analysis and recommendations of process enhancement or problem resolution - whilst ensuring maintenance of trackers and documentation that supports bespoke on time delivery.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

•    Ensure bespoke content is ordered on time to meet build commitments 
•    Ensure bespoke content is ordered accurately against customer requirements 
•    Maintenance of bespoke trackers and administration 
•    Key stakeholder to escalate supply or delivery issues to bespoke supervisors

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

•    Advanced Microsoft package experience - particularly Excel
•    Analytical skills to identify interdependencies and trends to help support data driven decision making

•    Integrity and attention to detail in data capture and analysis 

•    Ability to understand lots of information and requests, analyse and prioritise
•    Ability to plan and prioritise work elements effectively
•    Able to deliver across multiple projects under potential time pressures to a high standard
•    Able to confidently communicate with all levels and grades within the business and external suppliers
•    A good communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas

•    Experience in Manufacturing processes would be beneficial but is not essential
