WHY LEARNING MATTERS AT JAGUAR LAND ROVER

We are building a Jaguar Land Rover Learning Academy; a home for lifelong learning. We are creating engaging, relevant and personalised learning content and experiences that can impact personal, team and organisational performance.

It is essential people are curious about things and take their own development seriously in order to be better equipped to move into different roles, projects or careers. The value of our people lies in their continued development and in our commitment to invest in their learning and growth in order that they can optimise their performance, whatever their role.

Being knowledgeable and passionate about your work is incredibly important to us. To help you become an expert in your field, we could sponsor you through a professional qualification or chartership.

Some of the programmes and memberships we have sponsored in the past include: CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing), CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply), CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and IMechE (Institute of Mechanical Engineers).

If you’re on the Jaguar Land Rover graduate programme you’ll be given the opportunity to study for a relevant vocational or professional qualification as part of your development.

If you’re not on the Jaguar Land Rover graduate programme you can apply for sponsorship to study for a professional qualification or chartership.
