The future of movement? It’s you. Join us here and you’ll immediately step into an opportunity to get hands on, make a difference and drive real change.

We’re at an exciting stage of our continuous evolution. Right now, we’re taking time to reimagine what the future really looks like. Then we’re bringing it to life. We’re in an enviable position: building on an incredible heritage with an entrepreneurial approach where breaking new ground is an everyday goal.

Here, our undergraduates inform and influence next-generation innovation. They deliver purpose and develop potential. They’re challenged to grow their creativity and refine their commercial focus. And along the way they build the networks that power progressive careers.

After all, we can’t evolve an exciting, pioneering portfolio of vehicles if we don’t have exciting, pioneering people to tell our story.

Our undergraduates can join our UK National Sales Company or Brand Marketing teams, taking our powerful message to market. They tell our brand story in a way that inspires and engages our many audiences. And they protect our heritage, brand values and iconic reputation. It’s all about creating incredible experiences.

Ours is a collaborative environment where diverse teams manage disciplines that include marketing communications, product planning, digital management, experiential and events. You can get valuable, hands-on experience in creating campaigns, working with licencing partners, supporting digital teams or helping with brand events.

“I’m so much better at preparing and planning projects in University thanks to the skills I’ve picked up here.”

I love being given the opportunity to develop in a globally recognised business. This has been so helpful when I’ve gone back to University. I’m so much better at preparing and planning projects thanks to the skills I’ve picked up here. I love being given the freedom to come up with ideas for the future and present them to management and even higher. When I applied here, I was amazed that I didn’t have to be a car fanatic to succeed here. Jaguar Land Rover want people with ideas, who are fascinated by overcoming technical and engineering challenges to benefit people and the planet.

Women in Engineering Sponsorship Scheme

“I always wanted to work with cars because I wanted to have an impact on how cars interact with society and how we can change the impact we have on the environment.”

The freedom you get here is great. I’ve been encouraged to go and meet new people, explore possibilities and try new things. What I’ve seen here has really opened my eyes. The investment in R&D is incredible. And the level of detail we go into blows my mind. One of my favourite events is the weekly Electrical Graduate Breakfast Forum. This is where apprentices, graduates and undergraduates all get together to talk about the challenges we are working on and share hints and tips. It’s a brilliant networking opportunity and a great way to build your knowledge and career.
