We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Finance Modelling Manager to help shape the next chapter of our planning and forecasting capability. WHAT TO EXPECT
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting the wider team through a range of responsibilities, including –
- Partner with Finance leadership and key stakeholders to shape Anaplan solutions that strengthen strategic planning, forecasting, cost management and commercial decision‑making
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high‑quality Anaplan models that enhance financial insight, improve forecast accuracy and drive operational efficiency
- Lead, plan and prioritise Finance modelling initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives, planning cycles and commercial priorities
- Manage, coach and develop a team of four Anaplan Modellers, building capability, embedding consistent modelling standards and ensuring high‑quality delivery
- Oversee the effective integration of Anaplan with core Finance systems and data sources to enable accurate, timely and trusted reporting
- Carry out hands‑on model building to deliver enhancements, resolve issues and accelerate progress on high‑impact initiatives
- Perform any additional duties required by line management in support of the role
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a solid background, relevant certifications, and the following key skills –
- Strong experience in designing and developing planning models, including associated data structures and integration points
- Experience working with major enterprise planning processes such as S&OP, Capex and Opex planning, workforce planning, and commercial planning
- A solid track record delivering enterprise grade Anaplan solutions, holding at least Model Builder Level 2 or Level 3 certification, with Anaplan Certified Solution Architect highly desirable
- Ability to lead, coach and develop technical modelling teams, fostering capability and consistent standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into robust, practical solutions
- Strong project management capability, including planning, prioritisation and oversight of end-to-end delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment, ideally with exposure to Finance processes, ERP systems, data platforms or transformation programmes
