WHAT TO EXPECT 
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Business Process Analyst to join our Global Parts Supply Chain team. Global Parts Supply Chain sits within our Global Customer Service, is responsible for the strategic planning, release, expediting, deployment and supply of service parts and accessories for the Global Land Rover and Jaguar sales network. 


Within Parts Supply Chain, the Global Operations Team manages our Logistics Service Providers, to ensure that our customer service and financial objectives are achieved through management of the total supply chain (from supplier to customer), effective warehouse operations, transport logistics, compliant operational procedures, robust packaging and strategic network planning.


To assist with the delivery of this, as the Lead Business Process Analyst with subject matter expertise in After Market Parts Business Processes. You’ll support the end-to-end supply chain business processes, the individual projects within the Programme and coordinating cross functional involvement with the Business IT and Data & Reporting cross functions. 

 

You’ll also: 

  • Work with the Project teams and Business Process Leads to gather and document requirements
  • Engage with the 3PL’s and Business Leads to identify the strengths, weaknesses and gaps in the AS IS Business Processes
  • Facilitate workshops in the gathering of requirements and agreement to process and system changes
  • Requirements documentation to be completed to the set standards and approved by the stakeholders
  • Ensure process documentation conforms to our standards 
  • Support the Project Teams in the planning of the design activities and deliverables
  • Engage the NSC’s delivering a plan documenting their project involvement in relation to Cross Functional Processes, Training and their desired TO BE state.
     

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
To be successful in this role you’ll be an experienced Lead Business Process Analyst coming from a similar industry within the supply chain. You’ll have a natural ability to forge excellent cross-functional relationships and communicate succinctly at senior leadership level across a number of stakeholders / partners – programme and have excellent inter-personal/influencing skill. 


You’ll be able to work with the minimum of supervision and take the lead on significant issues, escalating appropriately when required whist being highly motivated, energetic individual with excellent people skills. 


You’ll also: 

  • Proven working knowledge of Sales Distributions and Warehouse Management process with SAP
  • Good understanding of project management principles. 
  • Proactive nature, self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • Ability to balance priorities and deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word PowerPoint, Visio, ARIS and Access plus collaborative tools such SharePoint)
