To be successful in the role you will need to be pragmatic and results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver your advice projects in a technical and fast paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator (turning complex legal requirements into simple operational steps), keen to develop and support team members (the role will likely have one more junior report) and you will enjoy leading cross-functional collaborations.
