SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000

We are increasing our capability and capacity to identify and automate high-volume non-core activities through Robotics Process Automation (RPA), freeing colleagues up to focus on more strategic elements of their roles. As part of our RPA capability build, this exciting role encapsulates process solution design and automation development to drive maximum benefits through use of RPA and other complimentary technologies.


As the Centre of Excellence (COE) Controller, you’ll work closely with the RPA Development Team and Business Customers to monitor and manage process automations in the production environment, ensuring continuity of service through the swift triage of issues and resolution of any service disruption through engagement with RPA Development Team and Business Customers. The RPA tool of choice here is Blue Prism, therefore you’ll be experienced in working either with Blue Prism or with similar RPA tools.

You’ll be experienced working within transformation projects using agile methodologies in a demanding corporate environment along with the ability to work to strict deadlines in order to achieve objectives and to drive others to do so also. Naturally, you’ll be an excellent collaborator who is able to bring cross-functional teams together to create the optimal outcome and use your initiative to proactively address issues as they occur on a day to day basis. 


You’ll also have:

• The ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style
