JOB TITLE: Software Over The Air Customer Fleet Manager
SALARY: £42,000 - £50,000

The opportunity is to work in a team pushing what is capable via remote connection to vehicles. We have just launched the ability to update 16+ ECUs (Engine Control Unit) over the air via SOTA (Software on the air), this is just the beginning. With the goal of being able to remotely diagnose current and predict future faults within a vehicle to pro-actively plan software updates to all ECUs. Improving the end customer experience, you will enjoy a fast paced and rewarding working environment.


In this role you will act as the gatekeeper for campaigns released to customers, both SOTA and diagnostic. You will be responsible for working cross functionally to agree what software is released to customer vehicles, ensuring the customer campaigns have validation prior to getting approval from the customer satisfaction review group.


You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting live customer campaigns, and directly linking with triage teams for any issues that may arise. You will also work directly with off-board IT and customer service teams as SOTA expands into the retailer network.



You’ll need experience with data driven decision making

You’ll need proven experience working to strict deadlines

You’ll need strong analytical skills along with the ability to manage and interpret statistical data

You’ll need knowledge of measurement and co-ordination systems

You’ll need working knowledge of the application and delivery of measurement systems and equipment

You’ll also need Microsoft Office skills – experienced using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

You’ll need natural problem-solver with structured approach to problem solving in a technical environment.

You’ll need a full UK driving license
