JOB TITLE: Finance Business Partner Analyst
SALARY: £42,000 - £48,000

The purpose of this role is to lead high quality finance solutions which support the achievement of SVO strategic business objectives through proactive Finance business partnering. Finance Business Partners will build a credible productive partnership primarily with the SVO Business & Strategy team as well as working alongside Bespoke programme teams to drive future cash generation.     

You’ll be responsible for: 
•    Delivering finance solutions to support the strategic direction of the business while ensuring the Finance strategy/approach is aligned across the business unit
•    Supporting the Functional Managers to achieve short and long-term strategic objectives by delivering plans and initiatives through Finance Business Partnering 
•    Calculating finance sensitivities understanding key value levers and use financial analytics to identify opportunities to improve business performance 
•    Cross functional working with the wider finance community to deliver finance strategies / initiatives




You’ll join us with:
•    Sound financial and commercial business insight shown through evidence of developing, introducing new or innovative practices/processes in support of strategic business goals 
•    Strong numerical, analytical skills supported by communication and presentation skills – used to translate financial issues for operational teams 
•    Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to balance delivery of conceptual work including financial modelling


Desirable skills:

•    Previous experience in Finance Business Partner role gained at a similar level
•    Proven strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and nurture relationships within internal operations and externally with suppliers
•    Demonstrate a continuous improvement mind set with the ability to identify and implement solutions and enhancements

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
