This role focuses on analysing, resolving, and improving issues found in customer vehicles within the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) department. You'll engage in extensive data analysis, stakeholder and supplier management, and technical problem-solving. The goal is to meet specific quality targets, ultimately reducing warranty costs and enhancing the customer experience to ensure a modern luxury experience in all vehicles.

• Work on resolving engineering issues through data analysis and working with Manufacturing, Centre of Competence, Suppliers, Product Investigation (Service) and Dealers
• Provide quality support and assistance in all areas with engineering expertise and technical guidance
• In conjunction with New Model Programme ensure seamless program transitions by Leading the prompt resolution of key customer issues
• Review and analyse customer feedback, creating quality projects based on trends allowing resolution and future improvements trough full 8D
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
• Ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments
• Experience of Vehicle Launch or Plant Vehicle operations Production Management including experience of delivery of problem resolutions in engineering
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
• Capable of working in a reactive and pressured environment where rapid turnaround of issues is expected
• Knowledge and experience of JLR processes and methods (e.g. AIMS, WERS, AGILE)
• Highly competent with tools and techniques relating to robust problem resolution (i.e 8D & 6 Sigma)
