You will be responsible for management of the team in delivery of 3D modelled content to support a variety of on-board and off-board CGI use cases, across Vehicle Design, Materiality, Brand and Customer Ready workstreams, using cross-functional collaboration and support.
WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the Design Technical pillar within Creative, you will be:
- Responsible for people management and development. Working closely with direct reports to identify areas of personal improvement, providing coaching & support, and creating a positive, empowered and collaborative working environment and facilities
- Responsible for team management and administration. Supporting you team with appropriate governance, structure and communications to ensure on-going awareness and alignment to business information, priorities and activities/action
- Accountability for delivery of 3D Model Production, aligned to PCDS (Product Creation & Delivery System) delivery, cycle plan demand and Model Production process, guidelines and standards; ensuring model output is delivered with a Modern Luxury focus, to time, quality and cost
- Responsibility as the key point of contact for all business stakeholders and customer groups, ensuring their needs are met whilst continuing to build strong, long-lasting relationships that drive mutual success, unity, and customer love
- Responsible for driving strategy & business case definition and identifying development opportunities for growth and impact
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you'll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Extensive team management experience in digital content delivery, utilising performance management and analytics
- Proven leadership experience in team strategy, growth, and capability development
- Extensive leadership experience in people development and growth, aligned to personal progression plans and business strategy
- Proven experience managing and collaborating with business stakeholders and customers
- Knowledge in CGI model production processes (Data Preparation, modelling, configuration, C&M)
