We’re looking for a talented Senior Analyst to join our Transformation Office, where you’ll be at the heart of enterprise-wide change. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we evolve, improve, and deliver across the business, with a strong focus on project management, governance, and performance reporting.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure transformation programmes are well-managed, effectively governed, and transparently reported. Your insights will help drive informed decisions and impactful outcomes, making a real difference to how we operate and grow.

WHAT TO EXPECT
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes and supporting the wider team through a range of responsibilities, including –
- PMO Support: Assist the Transformation Office in managing and prioritising all activities. Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and decisions
- Meeting Leadership: Lead and facilitate core Transformation Office meetings, ensuring effective coordination and outcomes
- Progress Reporting: Support the reporting of mission progress by engaging with Transformation partners and teams to gather inputs and synthesise key messages
- Executive Engagement: Assist in liaising with the Executive Office to support Board-level reporting and communications
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate the stakeholder engagement plan across enterprise-wide groups, ensuring alignment and consistency
- Communications: Consolidate and coordinate content for both internal and external transformation communications
- Document Management: Own and maintain the external business-facing SharePoint site and oversee internal document management processes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We’re looking for someone with the right blend of experience, qualifications, and practical skills, including –
- Strong project management skills with excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrates critical thinking with the ability to define problems clearly and develop effective solutions
- Communicates complex issues in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, presenting them as actionable decision points
- Possesses strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels, including senior leadership
- Skilled in collaboration, active listening, and facilitating productive meetings
- Solid commercial and financial acumen and interest in transformation and business change
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently address challenges with a results-oriented mindset
