JOB TITLE: Vehicle & Strategy Manager
SALARY: £56,700 - £70,000

This is a conduit role aimed at supporting the business by providing specialist Information Technology knowledge to ensure Information Technology Management deliver solutions that achieve functional deliverables for Manufacturing IT Systems.


You’ll use relationship management skills to partner with the Operational Business and IT Management to map out requirements, formulate a strategy and deliver a roadmap and technical specifications to ensure IT Management delivers measurable value.


You will also be responsible for -


  • Engaging with Manufacturing and IT Leadership to understand the business challenges and priorities.
  • Conducting studies to understand the industry trends and benchmark against best-in-class manufacturers.
  • Working with business and IT stakeholders and colleagues to develop the desired target state of the Manufacturing IT Landscape.
  • Developing roadmaps and cost models to deliver the target landscape.
  • Working with the Manufacturing Business to gain buy-in and secure funding to execute the strategy.
  • Identifying opportunities for partnerships and developing relationships with potential partners.
  • Evangelising the strategy and building broad support from the enterprise Kick-off initiatives to deliver the strategy.
  • Ensuring that the strategy delivers on its intended business values and adjusting where needed.

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
