WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain an effective Test Strategy aligned with system and software requirements.
• Ensure the right test artefacts, tools, and capabilities are in place to support end to end validation.
• Plan and schedule test execution cycles based on software release cadence and programme demands.
• Design, implement, and deliver advanced automation solutions for system testing and simulation environments.
• Lead adoption, optimisation, and integration of automation toolchains including dSPACE, Vector, and associated system test platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

• Knowledge of V&V of an automation system in a complex environment
• Python scripting/programming skills
• Proven expertise in automotive systems, network protocols, and real time system validation
• Working knowledge of CI/CD frameworks, automation pipelines, and use of tools such as Jenkins/Git
• Demonstrated ability to use D-Space, Vector Tools and HIL
