As a Retail Marketing and Events Manager, you will play a defining role in launching and shaping a flagship Jaguar Brand Store. From day one, you’ll build awareness, footfall and cultural credibility, turning an empty space into a destination. WHAT TO EXPECT

- Shape and deliver an integrated marketing and events strategy that drives footfall, leads, sales and brand trust
- Curate a distinctive programme of events, collaborations and cultural moments that position the Brand Store as a must visit destination
- Build a new and engaged client base through partnerships, outreach and meaningful local connections
- Lead agencies, manage budgets and align stakeholders to ensure every activation delivers tangible impact
- Track performance, translate insight into action and continually raise the bar on client experience
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that will help you flourish here, including:
- Significant marketing and events experience within luxury retail or a premium brand environment
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR, FCA, ASA and Consumer Rights regulations
- A proven track record of building partnerships and managing agencies and complex programmes
- Confident leadership with a collaborative, people centred approach
- Commercial and analytical thinking, using data to inform strategy and results
