POSITION: Academy Performance Administrative Lead

What you will be doing:

  • This position will interface with the other ACADEMY Leads, Training team, Field team and Trainers to support and manage Training systems effectively.  The person will also represent NA in IT, systems and other Training forums globally.

  • Answering Retailer and Internal escalation queries on the LMS system, rules, reporting and data.

  • Leading for NA to ensure the roadmap is correct, delivery plans are held and changes are deployed in a way that drives value for Training and Retailers

  • Using systems and reporting to drive automation and efficiency in the team, field teams and retailers; ongoing data validation and correction

  • Support retailer’s and communicate program to JLRNA field teams.

  • Representing NA in global change forums and systems forums for NA to ensure success

  • Monitoring backlog issues and sprint releases with Global to ensure ongoing improvement to system and ensure quality systems are deployed well defined and integrated into the NA Training landscape and drive retailer value

  • Performing other duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years experience with Training / OEM / Industry; or equivalent experience

  • Advanced Experience of Training systems, reporting and data

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially data analytics in Excel 

  • Experience of working with global teams

  • Experience of working with complex LMS or similar systems

  • Experience of systems / project delivery and deployment

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management

  • Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and network

 

 

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday
