The Accessories & Branded Goods Growth Manager role sits within the Customer Experience & Commercial Revenue function in the Customer Care department. Its core purpose is to maximize revenue by leveraging innovative strategies and optimizing our operations for efficiency. The Manager will lead two direct reports and will work shoulder to shoulder with the Field Staff, the Finance and Data Science Teams, the Service Marketing Group, our external Business Partners and the Global Customer Care Team to achieve the maximum contribution to the North American Parts & Accessories Profit and Loss Statement.

 

Within this role, the Manager is expected not only to deliver on the responsibilities outlined below, but also to further develop the position into a Center of Excellence for Accessories & Branded Goods Growth.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, coach and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture focused on commercial excellence, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
  • Responsible for Accessories & Branded Goods line items in Parts & Accessories Profit and Loss Statement including budget configuration, retailer and channel partner business plans, forecasting, and calendarized roadmap to achieve these targets
  • Develop strategies for future accessories and branded goods, supporting our brands in bringing their personality to life through accessories, including special editions
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and digital teams to support product launches and promotional activity
  • Manage relationships with new and existing suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring compliance to brand and quality standards and that licensed products meet business case assumptions
  • Oversee the importing process, including logistics coordination, customs compliance, and documentation
  • Monitor production timelines, resolve supply issues, and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Manage programs for port vs. retailer installed accessories to maximize profitability and quality for our clients
  • Manage and oversee Branded Goods wholesale business, ecommerce business, Mahwah boutique and facilitate event pop ups, curate merchandise collections and support on site. Support special Edition Vehicles and curation

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Aftersales, Fixed Operations, Accessories & Branded Goods, Commercial Revenue Management, or a related automotive function.
  • Proven success driving Accessories & Branded Goods sales growth through pricing, portfolio management, vendor management, and strategic program execution.
  • Strong understanding of retailer network performance, KPIs, service retention, attachment rates, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in Excel, BI, and AI tools; ability to develop budgets, forecasts, business cases, and ROI models.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations that drive business decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing margins.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results without direct authority.
  • Proven project and program management skills, including launching, tracking, and continuously improving large-scale business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset; automotive OEM, pricing analytics, retailer incentive, RFQ, or accessories supply chain experience is preferred.

 

 

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
