POSITION:Brand, Service, and Experience Specialist - Defender & Discovery 

LOCATION: Mahwah

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the optimisation, implementation and communication of the brand's vision, values, and positioning within the local market

  • Managing and action local market research and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making

  • Collaborating with other local market teams to implement the brand experience, service initiatives and messaging requirements set out by the House of Brands

  • Accounting for brand health metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Ensuring adherence to brand, experience and service guidelines and standards across all touchpoints, both internal and external

  • Ensuring the delivery of brand transformation requirements within the market Transformation team

  • Leveraging data and insights to understand market requirements, opportunities and threats, recommending mitigations and actions to the local and global brand teams

  • Owning the operational delivery and/or market refinement of the brand, experience and service in the local market

  • Advocating for the brand and ensure good understanding across the local market teams of the target client, brand strategy and differentiation 

  • Ensuring delivery of the brand’s comms & PR strategy, marketing channel strategy, and campaign and PR briefs

  • Ensuring local execution of the brand, experience and service standards to the requirements set out by the global House of Brands

  • Acting as voice of the market and client to the House of Brands and COEs to share best practise and knowledge, and to inform the central strategy 

  • Performing other duties as required

 

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years related experience

  •  Strong leadership, team management and strategic thinking

  • Product and brand knowledge

  • Strong collaboration and communication

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Experience with data-driven performance management and improvement

  • Client focused

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management

  • Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and network

 

 

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Recruitment Salary Range:  $92,000 - $115,000

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
