POSITION: Brand Experience Manager, Range Rover

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

RECRUITMENT SALARY: $107,500 - $150,000

Reporting to the Director of Communications & PR, the Brand Experience Manager, Range Rover is responsible for shaping and executing Brand Experience and Partnerships strategies that advance the Range Rover brand and its business objectives. This includes driving growth through increased brand awareness, conquest opportunities, loyalty-building initiatives, and curated exposure to new UHNW audiences. The role will champion key brand pillars including Leadership, Alpine, Nautical, and Design and translate them into world‑class, consumer‑facing experiences and partnerships that embody Range Rover’s signature refinement, design leadership, and elevated lifestyle positioning.

 

The Brand Experience Manager leads the planning, development, and execution of brand partnerships, activations, sponsorships, ambassadors, PR‑aligned experiences, and internal events. This includes end‑to‑end ownership of strategy, budget stewardship, resource coordination, and, where possible, opportunities to drive revenue and sales impact.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the multi‑year sponsorship and brand experience strategy, ensuring alignment with global and local House of Brands priorities and overseeing planning, budgeting, execution, and post‑program evaluation.
  • Manage all partnerships, sponsorships, and agencies, including negotiation (with Purchasing), contracting (with Legal), financial approvals, and ongoing relationship oversight.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end execution of events and brand activations, including physical experience design, partner deliverables, branding, marketing integration, vehicle deployment, ambassador programs, data capture, and retailer engagement.
  • Apply a strong commercial lens to all initiatives including budget management, cost sharing, revenue opportunities, ROI analysis, compliance, and reporting, collaborating closely with Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
  • Lead key Range Rover Brand Experience programs, such as Design Miami, luxury hospitality partnerships, outdoor and mountain resort partnerships, and Range Rover House executions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across Marketing and the broader organization, ensuring integration with CRM, Retail Marketing, PR, Digital, Media, Branded Goods, Sales, Training, and House of Brands teams.
  • Support broader JLR Brand Experience operations, including planning, strategy coordination, fleet and travel management, KPI reporting, and inter‑team execution support as needed.
  • Manage and develop two GSR team members within the Brand Experience organization; role requires approximately 35% travel.

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is desired;
  • 7-10 years’ experience delivering brand experiences and promotion, meeting marketing targets in a consumer facing industry; ability to manage team.
  • Strong knowledge of Range Rover brand, automotive and Luxury marketing, driving experiences, brand sponsorships.
  • Equal parts brand experience and marketing creativity along with high level of attention to detail, ability to long term plan, and financial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, and previous experience in agency & partner management;
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, as well as the ability to influence and manage third parties;
  • Able to manage, follow through and complete projects
  • Must have strong business/P & L acumen, and the ability to work purchasing, legal, finance, PR, CRM and Retail.
  • Strong Verbal, Presentation & Written skills;
  • Must have the ability to travel approximately 35% of the time and at times being on road for up to two weeks.

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
