This role is responsible for developing and executing the plan for highly curated owner loyalty events, brand partnerships, and managing ambassador relationships. The Senior Specialist will work cross-functionally with internal and global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and build fully integrated marketing programs, and work collaboratively with agency partners for tactical planning and implementation. The expectation is for you to own a program from ideation, planning, through to implementation and post-program reporting. You will be a steward of the brand, using strategic and creative thinking along with exceptional project management to deliver world-class experiences for clients. Administrative responsibilities underpin the role including budgeting, procurement, and metrics reporting.  


What you will be doing:

Development and Implementation:

  • Supportingkey experiential marketing efforts including live events, partnerships, and brand ambassadors;
  • Responsible for maintaining highest level of brand execution and consistency with overall brand message and strategic direction;
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of Jaguar Land Rover client experiences;
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities which contribute to the global and local marketing strategy;
  • Developing budgets and support administrative financial functions including vendor estimate review, PO creation, vendor account maintenance, and post-program reconciliation;
  • Responsible for activating and managing various agency partners and third party vendors, including event staff;
  • Providing insights into use of fleet and property assets with internal and agency partners across multiple channels;
  • Liaising with the JLR regional and local field marketing team, as well as cross-functional departments including finance, legal, purchasing, communications, public relations, information technology, facilities, fleet, global office, and more;
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment;
  • Perform other duties as required


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 7 years of Marketing, Experiential Marketing and/or Event Marketing experience;
  • Experience planning live consumer events and brand partnerships a must;
  • Automotive and/or luxury product marketing preferred;
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills;
  • Strong communication and objective based decision-making skills;
  • Strategy development, planning and activation skills;
  • Understanding of objective-based planning, KPI planning, metrics analysis, and insight development;
  • Previous work experience with budgets and budget management;
  • Team player with ability to navigate corporate culture and interdepartmental relations;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, required;
  • Business acumen and leadership credibility;
  • Energetic, curious, self-motivated and driven for results;
  • Ability to travel as required (approximately 50%+);
  • Includes occasional weekend and evening work hours.



Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
