The Finance Manager - Cost and Profit Analysis will play a significant part in the communication between the Corporate HQ in the UK and the North America region. Working together with the Director of Controlling and the Executive Team, this role will be responsible for providing support, analysis, monitoring and insight to develop appropriate strategic plans. The person will play a significant part in the communication between the Corporate HQ in the UK and the North America region.
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing opportunities on volume, mix, revenue and costs to optimize market equation in conjunction with the operating teams.
- Developing management reporting and executive presentations of financial status for budget, forecasts and market reviews.
- Developing off-line analysis to support risk and opportunity analysis against profit status.
- Liaising with operational teams to review model and derivative mix and optimise local market equation.
- Providing strategic financial support to the entire business and manage purchase to pay process for Fixed marketing, IT, Network, and Facilities.
- Responsible for Month End Accounting Close for Local Variable Costs, Local Warranty, and Fixed Costs, in addition to reserve adequacy.
- Presentation of financial variance analysis and commentary to executive management.
- Managing a team of analysts to provide guidance and oversight in preparation for key analytics, forecasting, accurate monthly close, and process improvements.
- SAP Management - develop reporting and control tools to facilitate tracking costs and budget.
- Partnering with operational teams to develop and control fixed costs budgets and Ad-hoc requests as needed

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or Accounting
- CPA desired
- Minimum of 7 years in related work experience
- Experience preparing analysis and reports for senior management reviews
- SAP and Hyperion planning desirable
- Strong excel skills including formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Self-Starter
- Previous supervisory responsibilities

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management;

Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and network;
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
