POSITION:  Netowrk Performance Manager

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $107,500 - $150,000*

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

Reporting to the Network Development Director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a retailer performance framework to assist our field teams in their efforts to improve retailer performance across the entire business. This includes developing and launching performance-based programs and communicating performance progress/metrics with the intent of driving appropriate retailer actions and ultimately improving performance.  You will also drive operational excellence across the JLR retailer network through targeted opportunities which lead to performance improvement plans in local markets. In addition, you will lead and manage the annual Business Planning process within the USA.

  • Develop and launch performance related programs and initiatives to improve retailer performance and drive desired retailer actions in coordination with the JLRNA field team.     
  • Manage all aspects of the Business Builder Program including design, development, implementation, communication and enforcement.
  • Facilitate/Coordinate annual all aspects of external audit of Business Builder Program   
  • Further develop and execute the Pride of Jaguar and Land Rover Pinnacle retailer recognition programs.
  • Manage website, data, and rankings for the Retailer Performance Toolkit, including Retailer Balanced Scorecard and field contact management system.
  • Lead design of KPIs for retailer performance management.  
  • Lead activities around business management. Ensure retailer data is accurately and timely submitted.  
  • Manage performance and KPIs related to retailer performance management.    
  • Perform other duties as required

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years luxury automotive experience
  • 5+ years automotive OEM field experience
  • 5+ years experience program development & management experience
  • Knowledge of  Business administration and/or marketing, wholesale and retail automotive operation.
  • Strong Organization and communication skills
  • Strong Automotive financial experience
  • Advanced computer literacy including Tableau Creator, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years retailer relations
  • Ability to track budget, report program performance via key measurables, and write effective communications.
  • Ability to make effective presentations to Executive Management and Retailer Committees.

* Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
