POSITION: Network Development Senior Analyst – Sales

Reporting to the Manager of Network Performance, you will proactively drive retailer sales performance improvement and will be the key liaison with regional teams. Working closely with the Performance and Recognition Senior Specialist, JLR Sales Operations, and the Regions to implement sales performance improvement actions, you will also monitor those actions and share best practices, understanding the retailer sales operations at an expert level.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Proactively working with Regions to improve retailer sales performance, assisting with identifying performance opportunities and consulting on improvement actions
  • Assisting with identifying, communicating, and tracking Retailer Performance Improvement Consultation (RPIC) elements.
  • Supporting business management activities including timely and accurate financial statement submission and profitability related analysis
  • Working with vendors, managing the RPTK performance portal; providing monthly engagement reporting, including Action Plan reporting
  • Supporting annual retailer business plan, regional reviews, and other projects with in-depth analysis of various retailer, market, and regional performance and composite data
  • Performing other job duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, and/or Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Knowledge of retailer relations and field experience with Jaguar Land Rover brands
  • Strong communication skills
  • 3-5 years’ work experience and knowledge of retailer operations
  • Financial/Accounting principles and reporting

 

Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Recruitment Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
