Senior Intelligent Pricing Analyst

Reporting to the Sales Operations & Intelligent Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the lead on outward looking market strategy and dynamics. They will be the expert on what programs and offers Jaguar Land Rover has in market and how they compare to competitors, making recommendations for optimization of spend to best achieve sales goals and profitability.

What you will be doing:

• Modeling price and volume scenarios using price elasticity, competitive information and product position.
• Analyzing and reconciling current incentive programs versus forecast to measure effectiveness and accuracy. 
• Becoming subject matter expert on the intelligent pricing model.
• Working across functions, including Finance, Financial Services, Product Planning and Field Operations.
• Establishing feedback loop from other internal and external stakeholders to improve/optimize transactional pricing.
• Serving as the subject matter expert on JD Power PIN data (competitive data and transaction prices).
• Working with Retail Marketing to ensure programs are communicated effectively (Tier 1-3).
• Performing other duties as required.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Analytical background and experience preferred
• Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and network;
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or other modeling tools

Location:  Mahwah, NJ 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

Salary Range:  $84,300 – $126,450

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
