Position: Training Intern

Details of the program:
- The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program or Master's Program.
- The Internship is for October 21, 2024 to May 23, 2025
- 29 hours per week during business hours (October Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
- Hybrid Schedule available - you must be able to work in our Mahwah location 2 of the following 3 days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; Wednesday and Friday are choice days
- Paid internship - $18/hour
What you will be doing:
- Assist the team in a number of exciting and innovative areas: training development, product launch and Rewards and Recognitions programs. (TReK and Journey to Excellence Retailer Initiative Programs)
- Work with the Customer Experience and Technical Training teams in Mahwah to identify and develop Tableau dashboard reporting and validation.
- Assist with in person and virtual course attendance in both Customer Experience and Technical Training.
- Product Launch Training- Assist team with Product Launches and Brand program development and execution. This includes, procurement of assets, coordination of video shoots and or site visits.
- Process and Product Knowledge Training- Assist Process and Product team with the management of process and product knowledge training delivery including calendaring, reporting, and coordination of events.
- Rewards and Recognitions- Assist in the fulfillment of awards, correspondence for programs, liaising with vendor partners.
- Will work closely with Internal teams and trainers to assist with Tableau reporting dashboard build out.
- Assist with managing our JLRU inbox for retailer training queries to help guide/direct retailers on their current status. Also, help enroll users in courses as well as view their current training completion %.
- Perform a client experience analysis to help give an update on which classes need to be filled monthly/quarterly.
- Submit tickets to Freshservice site to work with our UK Support Team to help resolves queries on our Learning Management System Platform (Excellence)
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in progress (Junior or Senior), or pursuing a graduate studies degree for 2024-2025
- Strong Analytical background
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- High level of professionalism
- Detailed orientated, self starter, strong work ethic, team player, ability to build to build rapport and communicate confidently;
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills
