POSITION: US Brand Director, Range Rover
LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ
RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $156,500 - $204,000*

Reporting to the President & CEO, North America, you will support in developing and executing the brand strategy and performance at a market level, ensuring the voice of the brand is captured and represented either both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the brand P&L.

- Responsible for the Range Rover’s P&L in the US Market.
- In partnership with global Range Rover teams, responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for Range Rover in the market
- Be the local voice of the brand, understand local requirements and make sure they are considered and embedded in the execution of the brand’s strategies and plans
- Interpret data and insights to understand market requirements, funnel opportunities and threats, recommending mitigations and actions to the Range Rover team
- Owns the operational delivery of the brand in market
- Advocating for the brand, ensuring each market function understands the target customer(s) and delivers the brand strategy and differentiation
- Representing the brand to external stakeholders, delivering brand strategy and differentiation (including local press)
- Working closely with market Centers Of Excellence’s ensure the delivery of the brand scorecard for the market is achieved , including brand sales and performance targets, intent, first choice, NPS etc.
- Inputting clear direction of the brand to ensure local delivery of the brand’s end-to-end customer journey
- Developing and monitor execution of local launch plans to budget for the brand
- Responsible for the product offer e.g., services, charging, experiential
- Ensuring local execution of the brand’s distribution network strategy & standards and pricing strategy
- Ensuring delivery of the brand’s comms & PR strategy, marketing channel strategy, and campaign and PR briefs
- Performing other duties as required
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years' of job related experience
- Commercially-minded to drive brand performance, always representing the best interests of the brand
- Strong skills in building and managing relationships, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus through diverse perspectives
- Innovative and creative, challenging convention & maximizing resources available
- Strong leadership, role modelling authenticity and inspiring the best in brand employees
- Strong strategy and transformation skills, with experience in business change and communications
- People leadership
- Experience of leading and working in agile teams
- Corporate budget including planning, monitoring, and controlling.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationship effectively.
- Self-Starter and able to work well both independently and with teams.

Travel: Up to 20%
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors.
