As a UX Researcher, you’ll help define how customers interact with a next-generation mobile platform used to purchase, track and manage their vehicles. You’ll turn insight into impact, influencing product direction while crafting your skills alongside talented designers, engineers and product teams. WHAT TO EXPECT


You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team working at the forefront of innovation, connecting user insight with product development.   • Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to evaluate features and uncover insight
  • Analysing research findings and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations for design and development teams
  • Collaborating with product, design and engineering teams to shape user-centred solutions and priorities
  • Presenting research outcomes to stakeholders, influencing decisions across internal and external audiences
  • Promoting user-centred design principles and contributing to continuous improvement in research practices

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED


Along with a growth mindset and a passion for understanding people, there are several skills that will help you succeed here, including:

 

  • Demonstrating experience in UX research or a related discipline, with a strong focus on user-centred design
  • Applying qualitative and quantitative research methods and ethical data practices
  • Communicating insights clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders
  • Collaborating effectively within agile, cross-functional teams
  • Using research tools and, ideally, bringing exposure to mobile app or usability testing environments
