POSITION: Customer Service Anaylst Intern

WORK SCHIEDULE : Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday office days, Wednesday and Friday choice days  - remote or office)


JLR Canada ULC is a Sales and Marketing organization located in Mississauga, Ontario. Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Canada operates in a dynamic and challenging industry within a larger business organization working closely with JLR North America (JLRNA), located in Mahwah, New Jersey, as well as JLR in the UK.  


We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to complement our team, starting in June 2024 for a period of 12 months. This role has been created to support the achievement of our annual parts and accessory sales revenue and net profit objectives. (Note, the internship may be extended pending business needs at the time.)


What you will be doing:

Working closely with the management team, the Customer Service Intern will support with the development of our business and achievement of our Parts Sales and Logistics objectives in 2024/25. The successful candidate will have a number of projects to deliver, but also provide general support to the Director of Customer Service, parts and logistics team, and field service team by providing program support, performance analysis and reporting. This position provides an opportunity to challenge your analytical skills and develop business acumen, leadership, and management skills. 


Key programs and projects include but are not limited to: Retailer Parts Sales Improvement program, Port Installed Accessorising, Branded Goods, Provincial Environmental Stewardship Programs, Winter Wheel Bookings, and Customs Compliance management.


In addition to the above responsibilities, this position provides individuals the opportunity to build on their time management, problem-solving, presentation and team building skill sets. The successful candidate will receive a wide array of responsibilities to complete throughout their tenure with JLR Canada.   
Jaguar Land Rover Canada requires individuals with well-developed communications skills who have demonstrated high academic achievement. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. 


What will you need:

•    Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, more specifically Excel and Access
•    Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics
•    Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adhere to timelines
•    Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
•    Professionalism and tact; able to maintain strict confidentiality
•    Bilingual (English & French) read, spoken and written would be an asset
