Reporting to the Director, PR & Marketing, the Digital Experience & Analytics Manager is responsible for enhancing our digital client experience and ensuring our Marketing efforts deliver measurable impact. This role leads the transformation of our customer-facing websites, drives our analytics strategy, and partners closely with internal teams and retailers to enable data‑driven decisions that support brand health, sales objectives, and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing:
- Managing Jaguar.com, RangeRover.com and LandRover.ca to ensure accurate content, strong functionality, and a Modern Luxury brand presence
- Leading the evolution of website journeys, features, and design to meet changing customer expectations
- Overseeing the Certified Tier 3 retailer website program in partnership with the Retail Marketing Manager
- Ensuring retailer demand signals are accurately integrated into national databases and analytics systems
- Leading demand and sales‑funnel planning to support brand health and sales goals
- Monitoring Marketing performance daily and identifying opportunities for optimization
- Embedding a rapid test‑and‑learn approach to continuously improve digital experiences
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and CRM teams to support data‑driven decisions
- Managing analytics projects and applying statistical tools to uncover actionable insights
- Defining KPIs, developing reporting, and presenting insights to Senior Management
- Leading Market Research efforts, including buyer studies, brand health tracking, and audience segmentation
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder and vendor relationships
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or a related field
- Strong ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
- High proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Business Objects)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with luxury or automotive brands (preferred)
- Bilingual English/French (preferred)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills (preferred)
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
