POSITION: Network Development Manager

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $91,000 - $118,000*

The Network Development Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of the Jaguar Land Rover retailer network in Canada. Reporting to the Network Development Director, this position supports the development and execution of long‑term strategies that strengthen retailer performance, elevate customer experience, and ensure full alignment with Jaguar Land Rover standards.
You will collaborate closely with retailers, internal departments, and international partners across JLR UK and JLR North America to deliver facility projects, corporate identity initiatives, and network programs that drive both operational excellence and strategic growth. This role also leads key communication channels, supports governance processes such as the Retailer Cabinet, and contributes to the creation of business builder bonus programs that enhance the overall health and competitiveness of the network.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
In this role you’ll work across multiple functions, build strong relationships with retailers and internal partners, and contribute directly to the long‑term growth of Jaguar Land Rover in Canada. Key responsibilities include:
Network Development & Strategic Support
Support the overall mandate of the Network Development department, ensuring the retailer network meets JLRC’s strategic, operational, and global facility standards.
Collaborate closely with JLR UK and JLR North America on network strategy, facility standards, CI updates, and global initiatives.
Participate directly in Retailer Cabinet processes, providing insights, materials, and follow‑up actions that support transparent and productive engagement with the network.
Develop and administer the Business Builder program that drives both operational excellence and long‑term strategic intent across the retailer network.
Support with the delivery and execution of regional field reviews and retailer performance management
Facility Projects & Corporate Identity
Serve as the primary retailer‑facing contact for assigned facility projects, ensuring timelines, Corporate Identity (CI) compliance, and project milestones are met.
Provide on‑site support as required, managing project processes, documentation, and reporting (including presentations and status updates).
Work with approved suppliers to ensure facility designs are right‑sized, functional, cost‑effective, and fully aligned with CI standards.
Retailer Launches & Operational Readiness
Partner with the Training Coordinator to support new retailer location launches, ensuring operational readiness and adherence to JLR standards
Support the development and implementation of processes that enhance retailer performance and network consistency.
Communications & Governance
Lead the publication of department bulletins, retailer communications, and updates related to network development, CI, and facility programs.
Assist with the preparation and completion of Retailer Agreements, Letters of Intent, and legal documentation related to Statements of Work (SOW).
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date retailer files, facility records, and SOW documentation.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Support
Work collaboratively with internal teams across JLRC to support network initiatives, retailer performance, and strategic projects.
Provide additional support to the Network Development team as required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Facility Design/Production/Construction/Architectural/Engineering experience is highly desired
- Network, Field or Sales Analyst Experience are assets
- A minimum of 5 years Industry related experience a must
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills
- High level of professionalism and tact; able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
