JOB TITLE: Complex Delivery Co-ordinator (Plan For Every Part)
SALARY: Base salary 1283€ per month, depending on your experience and skills, yearly bonus 0-15% (paid year)

The GP&OM team manage the interface between the Vehicle Line Architectures, Globalisation, Manufacturing and the Purchasing / STA community to ensure New Model Programmes and Global growth can derive maximum value and benefit from Global Supplier Market Place Offering in terms of  cost, quality, technology and timing and that these attributes are delivered to or better than plan. This is a key role in delivering the vehicle whole lifecycle plan and Global growth, offering a unique and challenging experience with business-wide exposure and development.


* Development, execution, measurement, and improvement of standardised process to support Jaguar Land Rover Global Purchasing delivery. You will be work as part of a PFEP CoE (Architecture) team and be a key team member in the daily running, interface, execution, problem solving, (and in cases reporting) of status, outputs and metrics.

* You will be responsible for the execution and management of the key processes within your centre of excellence and be expected to support the business, functional, and area commitments to be met in line with operational requirements and business need.

* Via the Purchasing Operations Planning and Control team you will ensure that your PFEP Architecture activities support Purchasing & STA CoC delivery & compliance to objectives are met for your new vehicle lines and current car targets within required timescales.

* Champion relationships across the COC with internal customers and stakeholders to provide the best overall outcomes from your centre of excellence, PFEP Architecture to meet business need and drive/support optimisation of interfacing, cross functional end to end processes - whether they are technical, commercial or logistical.

* Operational efficiency driven by continuous improvement and problem solving.

* Represent the purchasing function through programme meeting cadence and ensure commercial inputs and outputs are actioned in accordance with Programme Requirements.






  • 5+ years Purchasing /STA Workload Planning and execution management experience in the automotive industry, OEM or supplier, with demonstrable evidence of successful delivery in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated clear working experience in complex teams.
  • Able to facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues via proven problem solving methods
  • Professionally qualified, i.e. educated to Degree, MCIPS or Professional Programme Management level with a proven track record in a Purchasing, Programme or complex business environment
  • Knowledge of the end to end release to order process
  • Computer literate (MS Office, SAP)
