OPPORTUNITY

The Manufacturing Electrical Integration Team is responsible for the managements of the Vehicle Configuration and Test System and all electrical activities involved in the current & new vehicles/programmes. The role of the Electrical Leader requires working as part of a multi-skilled team responsible for the daily improvement of electrical RFT/DFV across all VCATS stations and warranty results. This includes applying strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the creation of processes, analysis, reporting, failure mode avoidance, and effective cross-department, cross-plant, and engineering communication.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

• Carry out daily analysis Level 1
• Ensure improvement daily Electrical RFT, DFV, warranty claims
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly electrical reporting
• Ensure prompt reactions for electrical issues in order to protect production including developing ICA/PCA
• Apply problem solving methods
• Make technical support for rework, manufacturing and supporting departments and plants
• Lead task force teams, workshops…
• Apply professional cross department communication including UK plants, engineering and suppliers
• Perform daily Electrical Audit SWC on production line
• Deputy of leader in case of need

WHAT YOU´LL NEED

• Relevant experiences of Manufacturing and Quality processes
• Knowledge of electrical architecture and car systems
• Knowledge of electronics
• knowledge of VCATS test systems
• knowledge of Car diagnostic tools
• Strong Analytical skills
• English Language B1
• MS Office
• Minimal Electrical certification: 508/2009 Zb.z. §21
