Org Mgt & LC&T Consultant  

Grade C, local Nitra

Salary:  From 1434 eur monthly, 13th salary, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rules




This role is the Organisation Management and Lifecycle & Transaction consultant within the Slovakia HR Direct team. The role will focus on successful delivery of variety of administrative tasks for organisation management and lifecycle & transaction area. At the same time, the position is responsible for process & tech improvements in HR SAP (linked to Time Attendance and Payroll) plus performs work on HR projects in related LCT / Org management area (such as TUPE, skill allowance framework ….etc)



  • Responsible for employee and organisation data integrity including checking data correctness submitted to JLR SK  by 3rd parties
  • Create and issue all employee contracts for external and internal recruitment, use SF system to support onboarding and manage communication with employees / onboarders where required
  • Support inductions of employees from HR administration perspective
  • Check supporting documentation for change of personal detail (name, address,  bank detail) requests
  • Performs administrative tasks related to HR administration, Performance, Reward and Engagement (e.g. preparing amendments to contracts, enrolling employees in benefit schemes, administering recognition programmes and other administrative duties)
  • Handles off boarding of employees (e.g. closing data in SAP, preparing required documentation such as termination letters, confirmation of employment, leavers checklist etc…)
  • Manages delivery and return of physical record and document image management services according to agreed SLAs and statutory obligations
  • Maintains physical employee record (i.e. filing, archiving and purging of physical records)
  • People Centre document management
  • Works on HR project in area of LCT and Org management such as payroll project, TUPE projects, Skill framework projects)
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time




  • Strong HR admin experience of at least 2 years including working knowledge of key HR practices in HR admin area
  • Advanced knowledge of labour code allowing employee to carry out assigned administrative and project management tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to deliver trainings and provide business line managers with advice and guidance
  • Attention to detail
  • Methodical detailed approach, ability to work with large load of data
  • Strong ability to organise self to ensure prioritisation of workload to meet SLA’s
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a proactive approach to change
  • IT Literate including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent English



  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • SAP Proficient
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems – preferably CloudforService (C4S)
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional team
