Payroll Accountant

Grade C, local Nitra 

Salary:  From 2010 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rule

OPPORTUNITY

As a result of Jaguar Land Rover's business expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the JLR finance team as a Payroll Accountant manufacturing, responsible for the calculation of payroll. The JLR plant in Slovakia is a key part of JLR's strategy in expanding its global manufacturing footprint as well as the development of a world class facility that will aim to be an industry benchmark. This is a unique opportunity which has arisen from the need to develop a finance processes in Slovakia supporting the manufacturing and support teams within the Nitra plant.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Processing the entire payroll administration
  • Calculation of Payroll
  • End Check of correct calculation
  • Preparation of reports for the Finance department
  • Corporate Payroll reporting
  • Implementation of changes in collective agreement to the system
  • Set up all legislative changes in system
  • Preparation of Salary Confirmation for the employees

  •  Suplementary pension processing & reporting

  •  Registration/unregistration of employees to Social/Health insurance

  • Garnishment 

  •  Annual Tax Reconciliation

  •  Resolve employee queries related to the payslips

  • Experience with 2&3 shifts / Time Bank account

  • Communications with Institutions(Social Insurance,Health Insurance,Unemployment Office, Tax Office)

WHAT YOU´LL NEED

• Experience with Payroll accounting

• Experience with 2&3 shifts

• Experience with Time Bank Account

• Payroll knowledge

• Comunication with state offices

• Excel/ Word knowledge

• Experience with VEMA   system - advantage

• English Language (A2)
