Salary:  From 2690 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rule

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will oversee GME projects for the Nitra Plant.

The Site Integration Lead Engineer will ensure effective planning, coordination, cross technology communication and cross functional integration for all GME projects to ensure successful delivery (time, quality, cost).

The role will have accountability for ensuring standardisation and efficiency of approach across all technology teams to ensure projects are following the GME guidelines, procedures and standards

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

•    Co-ordination and integration of all site-based projects across the GME technology areas
•    Drive a culture of diversity, transparency, equity and inclusion
•    Coordination of technology reviews (GME technology readiness)
•    Actively seek to align across technologies, and across functional programmes to gather inputs and report out on status
•    Work with project teams and contractors to monitor and report out on project status, so issues are escalated in a timely manner and local timing plans updated / adjusted
•    Represent GME technology at IOPD lead Programme reviews when necessary 

 

WHAT YOU´LL NEED

•    Programme, Project management experience
•    Negotiating and influencing skills
•    To have a strategic and creative mindset with the ability to drive change
•    Effective communicator and the ability to present to stakeholders
•    Experience of preparing and writing business cases
•    Schedule Management (MS Project or P6 Oracle)
•    Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Environment
•    Agile Competence
•    Project or Programme Management experience (PCDS Awareness)
•    Effective Communicator (All Management Levels)
•    Effective Stakeholder Management (Cross Functional)

•    Experience with change control and financial control

•    Slovak language advantage
