As an Estate Management – Plumber here at JLR, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our world class facilities across our non manufacturing sites. You'll carry out a wide range of maintenance, fault finding and installation tasks to keep our buildings and infrastructure operating safely and efficiently.

- Support the Estate management team ensuring all sites and facilities meet the needs of the business
- Help to ensure a safe and efficient performance is delivered within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & the Environment framework
- Be responsible for ensuring all work carried out is to current industry standards and associated codes of practice
- Complete all record sheets and paperwork associated with routine duties accurately and in good time
- Handle the completion of tasks either as part of the PPM system or routine/planned works
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, fault finding, and repair across a variety of building systems
- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirements
- Effective problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement practical solutions
- Excellent communication and record keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation of work completed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider estates or facilities team to deliver high quality results
