As a Senior Programme Delivery Lead – Software Testing Platform, you’ll bring clarity, pace and precision to the delivery of a critical, evolving platform. You’ll work at the forefront of innovation, aligning platform capabilities with programme needs while unlocking measurable outcomes. WHAT TO EXPECT

 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivery outcomes across a sophisticated software testing platform. Working with diverse teams and stakeholders, you’ll balance technical detail with big-picture thinking to ensure seamless integration and meaningful results. Here’s what to expect:

 

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of software testing platform capabilities, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes
  • Establishing and managing clear, data-driven delivery plans with transparent tracking of progress, risks and dependencies
  • Aligning platform delivery with programme needs, ensuring integration points and adoption milestones are met
  • Using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to maintain accurate delivery data, reporting and governance
  • Building strong relationships across engineering, product and programme teams, enabling collaboration and shared success

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Demonstrating significant experience leading complex software or platform delivery initiatives
  • Applying delivery methodologies such as Agile, hybrid or plan-driven approaches with confidence
  • Using data and metrics to track delivery performance and inform decision-making
  • Working across the full software development lifecycle, including testing and validation
  • Communicating clearly and influencing stakeholders across multiple programmes
