As a Process Engineer at JLR, you’ll shape how our vehicles are built by designing and improving manufacturing processes that deliver Modern Luxury. You’ll play a key role in bringing innovative ideas to life, with real impact on quality, sustainability and performance.

• Planning, developing and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency and performance
• Creating and implementing process equipment including tooling, jigs and fixtures that make production smarter and safer
• Applying Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimise operations across the production environment
• Analysing process performance, resolving technical challenges and supporting robust quality planning
• Collaborating with engineering, quality and production teams to deliver compliant and capable manufacturing systems

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with a growth mindset and curiosity to explore new ideas, there are several skills that you’ll need to help you succeed here, including:

• Experience within manufacturing or assembly operations with knowledge of engineering processes
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
• Creating structured action plans and solving technical or process challenges effectively
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders while managing priorities and delivering results
• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience, with project management experience advantageous
