This role sits within Plant MP&L Material flow, where you will play a key role in transforming the movement of parts throughout the supply chain. Working in Plant you will be part of a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, in which you will help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimise processes, introduce innovative solutions, and support the future of logistics operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in continuous improvement, operational excellence, logistics transformation, manufacturing improvement, or process optimisation who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing change, and delivering measurable business impact.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working.



WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Lead logistics and material flow transformation projects across manufacturing
  • Identify and drive improvements in operational efficiency, flow, and process performance
  • Use data analysis and trend insights to support decisions and continuous improvement
  • Work with cross functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
  • Support the rollout of new systems, technologies, and process enhancements
  • Contribute to strategic improvement initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Track, report, and manage project milestones, risks, and MP&L deliverables

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including: 

 

  • Extensive continuous improvement and process transformation experience within automotive logistics
  • Proven ability to deliver complex logistics solutions, including lineside design, planning, and material flow optimisation
  • Strong understanding of modern logistics technologies, tools, automation, and best in class processes
  • Advanced analytical capability with the ability to interpret and act on logistics data
  • Skilled in project management, structured problem solving, and delivering operational improvements
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
