As a Production Leader within Special Vehicle Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a world-class operation focused on craftsmanship, quality and customer personalisation. WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people development, operational performance and continuous improvement. Working closely with teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Programme functions, you'll help create exceptional products while building experiences and skills that maximise your full potential. Here's what to expect:

• Leading daily manufacturing operations, delivering performance across safety, quality, delivery and operational targets
• Coaching, developing and empowering production teams to create a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support programme launches, industrialisation activities and future manufacturing strategies
• Driving structured problem-solving, quality improvement activities and corrective actions to enhance manufacturing performance
• Championing Lean Manufacturing principles and sustaining high standards across workshop operations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills and experiences that you'll need to help you succeed here, including:

• Demonstrating manufacturing leadership experience within an automotive or complex manufacturing environment
• Leading frontline production teams and delivering operational performance against key objectives
• Applying structured problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
• Building effective stakeholder relationships and communicating confidently across multiple functions
• Bringing experience of vehicle assembly, programme launch, industrialisation, Lean Manufacturing or bespoke manufacturing operations would be advantageous
