As the Paint Quality & Compliance Senior Leader, you will be responsible for driving Paint Quality & Compliance activity through development and deployment of quality improvement action plans to improve FTT, Warranty and WCPA metrics and ensuring that Paint achieves QOS, UTAC and Company Quality audit compliance by engaging with the Paint Production, Paint OTA, Production Support and Maintenance teams.
You will lead a muti faceted team responsible for industrial cleaning planning and supervision, VRT, painted panel damage reduction, safety and audit compliance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
As part of the Quality & Compliance Senior Leader, you’ll be:
• Lead the team to deliver against scorecard metrics for quality, compliance & safety.
• Lead, support and coach projects to improve quality via process improvement, industrial cleaning and damage reduction.
• Report out at senior reviews – PQR, VLQR and Technology Reviews
• Lead the team to prepare for major audits such as UTAC.
• Prepare and deliver responses to audit non-compliance demerits.
• Own multiple purchased service contracts, being involved in the tender and negotiation process as well as securing funds through Star Chamber.

• Strong business acumen - ability to build business cases, understanding the implications of key cost drivers including volumes, economic factors and business trends and market movements, drawing insights & providing guidance, focussing on the key issues.
• The ability to lead and develop a diverse team.
