POSITION: Training Systems and Retailer Experience Specialist

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

This role coordinates the roll-out of Modern Luxury initiatives at Retail.  The successful candidate will organize Retailer onboarding collateral and schedule sessions for new Retailers and Management at a regular cadence and be responsible for all Training systems, reporting, and coordination of scheduling of resources to Academy leads.  S/he will carry out critical tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage the LMS / Systems Roadmap for North America, representing NA with Global teams for managing change and issues. In addition, this role will lead on best practice for Reporting and drive innovation and automation in key Training processes and provide reporting information to JLRNA and Retailer stakeholders.  The incumbent will also lead on other new Technology implementation projects, e.g. VR, Mobile Apps, Tableau, and run of all Training systems for NA.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Be the Lead on the Learning Management System for North America

  • Work with the Global team on changes, defects, and future roadmap

  • Lead the automation and improvement of processes for internals and retailers 

  • Coordinate the roll-out of Modern Luxury initiatives at Retail that bring about a customer experience that is inspirational, exclusive, and exceptional in-line with the Reimagine Strategy. 

  • Retailer Onboarding Program  -  coordinate the roll-out of Modern Luxury initiatives at Retail

  • Develop and administer monthly reporting and communicate to US Retailers current status vs national objectives. 

  • Lead on the implementation and acceptance into live of new Training systems 

  • Perform other duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5+ years with Automotive/OEM/ Retail or equivalent experience 

  • 3-5+ years with training experience or equivalent 

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office    

  • Excellent Communication skills in all areas with in-person, presentations, e-mail/writing, and phone

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage several activities at once

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential and must be comfortable presenting to all levels of management

  • Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and network

 

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
