Import & Export Operations (IEO) is a global supply chain function that helps the business buy, move and supply parts in support of production and acting as a one‑stop operation.

 

This IEO Senior Data Analyst role turns operational data into clear insight and actions that improve delivery performance, reduce disruption and strengthen data quality. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and build trusted reporting that supports faster, better decisions.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

  • Operational Insights: Analyse demand, supply and performance data, providing recommendations to improve delivery and minimise disruption.
  • Exception Management: Manage data and demand exceptions through to resolution, ensuring issues are addressed and lessons learned are captured.
  • Data Governance: Maintain data quality through validation, updates and effective data controls.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce clear reports and insights that highlight trends, risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and implement reporting or automation solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, resolve issues and support operational objectives.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • You'll need working knowledge of Python Programming (a basic understanding as a minimum) along with SAP ECC and Google Big Query / SQL.
  • An analytical capability to investigate operational data, identify root causes, quantify impact and recommend actions.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data skills (for example complex analysis, pivots, data transformation), and ability to produce clear, repeatable reporting.
  • Experience working with operational or supply chain datasets and translating them into practical interventions.
  • Working knowledge of data quality, controls and good data practices in a governed environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes, prioritising effectively in a fast moving environment.
  • The ability to explain complex data findings clearly and influence action and a collaborative mindset to aid the resolution of issues and support improvements.
