As a Manufacturing Manager in next‑generation automotive propulsion, you’ll lead the teams and technologies driving cleaner, smarter, electrified transportation. WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of battery manufacturing operations, leading large‑scale teams and ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.

  • Lead daily battery manufacturing operations across frame welding, module assembly, cell stacking, and pack assembly
  • Develop and inspire large, multi‑shift production teams (250+), driving capability, engagement, and performance
  • Champion safety, ensuring full compliance with EHS, environmental, and high‑voltage standards
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis to improve yield, throughput, and cost
  • Own manufacturing KPIs (SQDCPE) and implement robust action plans to deliver sustained performance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Proven operational leader with experience managing large, multi‑shift manufacturing teams
  • Strong capability in production planning, resource allocation, and delivery against safety, quality, cost, and output targets
  • Deep experience in continuous improvement, including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies
  • Confident cross‑functional collaborator, able to lead equipment introduction, automation, and process change
  • Data‑driven decision‑maker with strong analytical skills and experience using MES, SPC, and digital manufacturing tools
